Stranger: Socrates, it’s your birthday today. The month is Blessed by the gods.

Socrates: Well stranger indeed what you say is true. The day of birth marks the end of a play, that is now old, and the beginning of a new one, new. Man is gods plaything and that is the best part of him. Life must be lived as a play.
